Roles prior span the US and UK, including agencies DDB, Carat, OMD Interactive, Starcom MediaVest and Tribal DDB. He applies his foundations in psychology to a deep understanding of human behaviour in technology and marketing, having advised clients including Adidas, Netflix, McDonalds, Expedia and eBay. He has for many years been an advisor and investor in game changing companies across Australia, US and Asia.

Tara’s media experience spans 19 years within marketing, media & advertising agencies in both Sydney & Singapore.Beginning at Halmarick Media (now Carat) as a planner buyer working on Microsoft, Proton, Coty Lancaster, Ateco, 20th Century Fox & Desire Brand Management clients such as Lovable, Prestige, Kiss Cosmetics. Tara moved to O&M (now MindShare) as a Communications Strategist on Unilever. She worked on Diageo (GUDV Brands, Pillsbury, Burger King) and was the Communications Strategist on the business for 3 years. Tara then worked on LandRover Australia launching the “New Range Rover Car” into the Australian market. Tara was with OMD 8 years on a variety of accounts from Soups to Telecos to Beauty & Beverages. She has worked in Singapore on J&J & Visa Regional Account as Planning Director on a project capacity.
Tracey brings a wealth of knowledge to 7DX. Tracey achieved a Masters in Sports Marketing and spend 10 years specialising in sports marketing and event management, working on events such as Planet X Winter and Summer Games, Xerox Triathlon Series and went on to be Marketing Manager for the Global Crusty Demons Australian Tour. Through her solid relationships in the industry, Tracey branched out into agency and worked for 8 years with Frontier Australia, a full service advertising agency as Account Director working on a variety of accounts – Activision, Warner Bros, TAB Corp, Oporto, Sydney Turf Club, Canadian Tourism Agency among others.
